Sound Healing Research Study
Do You Have a Trauma History, PTSD, Anxiety, or Stress?
We invite veterans, front-line workers, family members, and others affected by trauma, anxiety, or stress to participate in a research study exploring the effects of sound healing therapy.
What to Expect:
- Weekly 30-minute sound healing sessions over 4 weeks.
- Experience Tibetan singing bowls, guided relaxation, and other sound-based therapies.
- Contribute to research advancing understanding of sound therapy for trauma, anxiety, and stress relief.
Who Can Join:
- Adults aged 18-75 with a history of PTSD, trauma, anxiety, or stress.
- Those seeking a holistic approach to healing.
- Participants comfortable with sound-based therapies and willing to share their experiences.

Details:
- Sessions take place on Camano Island, Washington.
- Study runs from late January through March 2025.
- Counseling support is available if needed.
