Sound Healing Research Study

Are You a Veteran, First Responder, or Immediate Family Member Affected by Trauma?

We are conducting a research study exploring the effects of sound healing therapy on symptoms of PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and stress.

This study is specifically for veterans, first responders (fire, police, medical), and their immediate family members who have experienced trauma and are seeking alternative healing approaches.


What to Expect:

  • 🌀 Weekly 1-hour sound healing sessions over 4 weeks.
  • 🎵 Experience Tibetan singing bowls, guided relaxation, and other sound-based therapies.
  • 📊 Help contribute to research advancing the understanding of sound therapy for trauma, anxiety, and stress relief.

Who Can Join:

Veterans, active-duty military, and first responders (firefighters, police officers, paramedics/EMTs).
Immediate family members of veterans or first responders who have experienced trauma.
✔ Adults aged 18-75 with a history of PTSD, trauma, anxiety, or stress.
✔ Participants who are willing to commit to all study sessions and comfortable with sound-based therapies.

Study Details:

📍 Location: Sessions take place on Camano Island, Washington.
📆 Study Duration: Runs from late January through March 2025.
🛑 Spots are currently full, but you may sign up for the waiting list.
